Lina Nikolakopoulou has been one of the most emblematic figures of Greek music for the past 35 years. She is a lyricist, producer and distinguished multifaceted personality, distinguished by her continuous and dynamic creativity. Her prodigious output of songs, poems, special projects, books, lectures and more are warmly embraced by her Greek and international following and have sold millions of copies. She was a member of the creative team that was responsible for the opening and closing ceremonies Of the 2004 Olympic Games of Athens, for which she has been awarded the Medal of the Silver Cross by the President of the Hellenic Republic. Her lyrics have featured in songs performed by many of the most emblematic Greek artists, including: Eleftheria Arvanitaki, Haris Alexiou, Alkistis Protopsalti, Milva, George Dalaras, Dimitra Galani, and by numerous international performers as well. She has collaborated with the composers Mikis Theodorakis, Stamatis Kraounakis, Goran Bregovic, Vangelis, Manos Hadjidakis, Paolo Conte, Ara Dinkjian, Stavros Xarhakos, Thanos Mikroutsikos and more. Her songs have been translated into many languages and sung in many countries, including Israel, Turkey, Germany, Holland, Sweden, Norway, Brasil, France, Spain and others.

Η Λίνα Νικολακοπούλου είναι μία από τις πιο εμβληματικές μορφές της ελληνικής μουσικής σκηνής, τα τελευταία 35 χρόνια. Στιχουργός, παραγωγός και διακεκριμένη πολυσχιδής προσωπικότητα με συνεχή και δυναμική δραστηριότητα. Οι καλλιτεχνικές της δημιουργίες έχουν μεγάλη απήχηση τόσο στην Ελλάδα όσο και το εξωτερικό με πωλήσεις εκατομμυρίων αντιτύπων. Η Λίνα Νικολακοπούλου ήταν στη δημιουργική ομάδα των τελετών έναρξης και λήξης των Ολυμπιακών Αγώνων της Αθήνας 2004, για τις οποίες τιμήθηκε με το Μετάλλιο του Ασημένιου Σταυρού από τον Πρόεδρο της Ελληνικής Δημοκρατίας. Στίχους της έχουν τραγουδήσει οι πιο σημαντικοί Έλληνες αλλά και διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένοι ξένοι τραγουδιστές: Ελευθερία Αρβανιτάκη, Χάρης Αλεξίου, Άλκηστις Πρωτοψάλτη, Μίλβα, Γιώργος Νταλάρας, Δήμητρα Γαλάνη και πολλοί άλλοι. Έχει συνεργαστεί με τους συνθέτες Μίκη Θεοδωράκη, Σταμάτη Κραουνάκη, Γκόραν Μπρέγκοβιτς, Βαγγέλη, Μάνο Χατζιδάκι, Πάολο Κόντε, Άρα Ντινκτζιάν, Σταύρο Ξαρχάκο, Θάνο Μικρούτσικο και άλλους.
